1949 Leaf Football Cards

There are 49 cards in the 1949 Leaf set, skip-numbered between 1 and 150. I presume that the company left gaps between the numbers to fool kids into thinking that more cards were available. The fronts of the 1949 Leaf cards are identical to the fronts of 1948 Leaf cards, but the backs are different. Whereas the 1948 Leaf set contains both NFL and college players, the 1949 set contains only NFL players.
