1951 Berk Ross Football Cards

There are 72 cards in the multi-sport 1951 Berk Ross "Hit Parade of Champions" set. The eight football cards in the set are pictured here. You can see that there are perforations on either the left or right side of each card; this is because the cards were printed on panels of two, and the two halves could be separated. The cards were sold in small boxes with windows showing the two athletes on the top panel. You can usually find examples of the two-card panels on eBay, and you can see an empty box on my vintage football card wrapper page. There is a list of all 72 cards in the set at oddlyquirky.com.
