There are twenty cards in the 1953 University of Oregon set. The cards are 2.25 by 3.5 inches--slightly narrower than standard cards--and the backs are all the same. The set includes three players who later played in the NFL, and one who played professional football in Canada.

1953 Oregon	Jack Patera	linebacker	Oregon		Patera played from 1955 to 1961 for the Baltimore Colts, Chicago Cardinals, and Dallas Cowboys. He later was the head coach of the Seattle Seahawks for seven seasons.
