1926 Shotwell Red Grange Blank Back Football Cards

In 1926, the Shotwell Candy Company produced "Red Grange" candy bars, and packaged with each candy bar was a card of Grange. There were two series of cards: a 12-card series with ads on the back, and a 24-card series with blank backs, pictured here. Some of the images on the cards appeared in both series. The text on the front of each blank-backed card reads "One of 24 scenes from Red Grange's famous movie 'One Minute To Play.' Packed with SHOTWELL'S RED GRANGE Candy Bars."

The young actress who appears with Grange on the blank-backed cards is Mary McAllister. Football player George Wilson also appeared in the film, but I don't recognize him on any of the cards. (You can see him on a 1926 Spalding Champions card, however.) See IMDB for more details about the movie.
