Happy 75th birthday to Willie Hall! Hall played linebacker for six seasons in the NFL: 1972 and 1973 for the New Orleans Saints, and 1975 to 1978 for the Oakland Raiders. He played on the Raiders team that beat the Minnesota Vikings in Super Bowl XI, and he had both a fumble recovery and an interception in that game.
Before his pro career, Hall played college football at USC.
Today’s card of the day is Hall’s rookie card, a 1977 Topps. He also appeared on 1978 and 1979 Topps cards.
