Bob Grant, who played linebacker for four seasons in the NFL, passed away on May 22. He was 77. Grant was a member of the Colts team that lost to the New York Jets in Super Bowl III, and he played on the Colts team that beat the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowl V.
Today’s card of the day is Grant’s 1971 Kellogg’s card, one of 60 in the set. The card pictures him with the Colts, but the Colts traded him to the Redskins before the start of the season. He did not appear on any regular issue cards.
