1955 Topps All-American Football Cards

1955 Topps All-American 5 cent football card wrapper The 1955 Topps All-American football card set contains 100 cards of College All-Americans from years past. Two cards have variations: the Gaynell Tinsley and Whizzer White cards were first printed with each other's biography, then corrected. You can see the error versions in one of my blog articles. Another blog article, A is for All-Americans, has a description of the 1955 Topps All-American set.

Rookie cards of Pro Football Hall of Famers in the 1955 Topps All-American set: Benny Friedman, Mel Hein, Fats Henry, Don Hutson, Bruiser Kinard, Ernie Nevers, Ace Parker. Rookie cards of Heisman Trophy winners in the 1955 Topps All-American set: Nile Kinnick, Dick Kazmaier, Larry Kelley, Davey O'Brien, Tom Harmon, Doc Blanchard, Frank Sinkwich, Angelo Bertelli, Jay Berwanger.
