Richards played in a different city in each of his six seasons in the NFL and AFL. Starting in 1957, he played a year each for the PIttsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions, Chicago Cardinals, St. Louis Cardinals, Buffalo Bills, and New York Titans. This card shows him with the Vikings because the Vikings had claimed him from the Cardinals in the 1961 NFL Expansion Draft. He never played for the Vikings, though.
